Vendor Sign Up for Fall Festival

Vendors/Crafters can reserve a 6 ft. or 8 ft. table for $20.00. Please, make sure your items are family friendly.
Payment for your table will be due when you arrive on 10/31 to set up your table. We will accept cash, credit card or a check written to: Children's Bible Ministries.
Table set-up is between 8:00-9:45 a.m. You may drive your vehicle over to the area where your table will be set up. If using a canopy over your table, please have the poles properly weighted. When finished setting up, follow the parking signs to park in the ball field. Please, have your table ready for our 10:00 a.m. start time. Our event will end at 2:00 pm. We ask that all vendors/crafters have their tables cleaned up and put away by 2:30 p.m.
Since this event is on Halloween, you are welcome to set out a bowl of candy at your table for the kiddos. This is not a requirement though as we will be giving plenty of candy away at the games. We are also going to be drawing tickets for giveaways. If you would like to donate an item for these giveaways, we would greatly appreciate it!
We are so excited for this event and are thankful that you can partner with us. All vendor fees for this event will be used to help make this special event a fun time for our community. Tell your friends and family …. we would love to see more people come. Thank you!
